Plastisol

Plastisol inks are the most popular in the industry. It is very versatile and works great with a handful of different methods and additives. Plastisol inks are a standard in our shop.

Simulated Process

Simulated process printing takes the idea of the CMYK method by allowing us to print halftoned color separations to create a full spectrum of color but as spot colors opposed to only using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. This gives us more control and allows us to achieve brighter and vibrant prints.

CMYK

CMYK Process replicates full color imaging using four colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. This printing process generates unlimited colors and photo realistic images. Process printing is possible on dark color garments with the use of a white or discharge ink underbase print

Discharge

Discharge is a waterbased ink that deactivates the dye in fabric under heat and allows the fabric to return to its natural appearance. Dye pigments can be added to discharge ink which then allows the fabric to be re-dyed as the original dye is deactivated. The end result is an ultra-soft hand with a vintage look. Discharge ink works best on 100% cotton garments.

Waterbase

Waterbase inks penetrates the shirts fibers giving the print a softer hand.
